Several new features have been recently added to our ERP software Prextra to make life easier for our users. One of them concerns the management of improper items.
Prextra now manages, with a notion of non-compliance, irregular items during reception, production and all other process that an item may undergo.
In order to manage the irregularities, inspections must be configured on the desired items. A quarantine location must also be created. You can then follow up on the management of non-conformities and consult the available reports which provide you with a lot of information on the regularity or not of your items.
